Returns

 

A customer has the right to cancel an order with American Fridge Filters, within seven days of placing the order or receiving the goods, whichever is the longer.

If an order is cancelled or returned, payment for the goods will be refunded, but not the shipping charges.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Only in the case of faulty goods will delivery be refunded and costs of returning goods reimbursed.

In the case of faulty goods please email faults@americanfridgefilters.co.uk providing full information. Instructions will be provided by reply giving specific details how to ship goods.

For cancelled orders please email cancel@americanfridgefilters.co.uk, providing full details.

Refunds will be provided on return of goods to American Fridge Filters.
